Confused about how this all works?

Hopefully these Frequently Asked Questions can help. If they don't, use the contact form below to ask a question, or just call Jordan if you like.

The program: Each week between June 1 and October 31, we deliver our certified organic veggies, as well as other goodies like egges, to residents in Peachland. We're offering way more flexibility this year. You can sign up for an automatic delivery every week, or to receive one only for the weeks that you choose. In either case, the orders are fully customizable.

Where do you deliver? We deliver in Peachland as far south as Antler Beach and as far north as the start of the climb out of Peachland towards Westbank. Up Princeton, we'll deliver as far as Bradbury Street. We'll deliver all the way up Ponderosa. Up Trepanier, we'll deliver as far as the entrance onto HWY 97c. At this time, we do not deliver to any other communities.

When does your program take place? We operate the program for twenty Wednesdays between June 1 and October 31.

What kind of payment do you accept? Cheque, credit card, cash, interac e-transfers. For credit card payments, you'll be sent to Paypal. You don't need to have a Paypal account.

Can I sign-up to receive a share every other week?  No, but you can place as many weekly holds as you like. So, sign up for a share, and then log in whenever you want to place a hold on your order. You may schedule up to three weekly holds at a time. But you'll need to spend the credit you've purchased by the end of the season.

Can I place my delivery on hold if I'm away? Yes. You can do that from your account, and you can place up to three weekly holds at any given time. But you need to have spent your pre-paid credit by the end of the season.

How do I put my delivery on hold?

~ Go to your account sign-in page. Log into your account using your email and password (the system may remember your computer and log you in automatically.

~ Click on the tab “Delivery Hold.”

~ There are 3 spaces for holds.  When you click one of the 3 spaces for holds, a calendar drops down.  When choosing your weeks to put on hold, chose Monday as a start date and Sunday as your end date.  It’s easier to see your weeks when you do it this way.  You can put more than 1 week on hold at a time in one space.

~ Be sure and click on the save button!

Can I visit the farm? Yes! Just contact us.  Or, look for the odd invitation to farm events in emails from us.
